Thanksgiving Feast

Ms. Maull’s 4A & 4B Hospitality & Tourism students
prepared a Thanksgiving meal on 11/20/08. It was part of our lesson on dining
etiquette. The students learned and practiced proper table manners
and how to prepare a basic table setting. They also had to utilize their
culinary presentation skills when plating and serving their dishes. The
students did a phenomenal job of working in teams to prepare a beautifully
displayed and delicious Thanksgiving meal in only 30 minutes.
The menu consisted of:
Baked Turkey
Ham with pineapples
Italian cut green beans seasoned with bacon and red
onions
Mashed potatoes & gravy
Cranberry sauce
Fresh baked cookies
Assorted desserts
Beverages
