IS Picnic

On Friday October 19, the annual IS Picnic was held on the athletic fields. The picnic was organized by Mrs. Maulls Event Planning class, and was funded in part by the IS Student Advisory Board. Each advisory class provided their own refreshments and the Event Planning class provided many activities to participate in. There was a multi event competition between classes which included hoola hoops, puzzles and a sack race. A bubble gum blowing contest, flag football, ultimate frisbee and other activities. Students provided some impromptu activities such as dancing, pyramid building, and chair tipping / walk over. The picnic was a great success, staff and students alike had a great time.
